“Fylth is the pen name of Klaus Myd’nar, a Canadian artist. His lifelong interest in cartoons began while watching Looney Tunes as a child. Klaus enjoys pen-and-paper role-playing games, gardening, and reading fantasy novels. His favourite artist is Milo Manara, and his favourite writer is Steven Erikson.

Fylth hosts the weekly live YouTube show, Cryptid Cartoons with Dirty Fylth on the Spaced Out Radio channel. Every Saturday he draws a new cartoon, shares personal stories (often involving his cats, like the infamous “Gremlin”), banters about paranormal topics, and interacts with viewers alongside his co-host and accomplice, Foxx Vegas.

His popular books, Cryptid Cartoons, Volume I and Volume II, collect these drawings for “those of us that wear tinfoil hats,” offering a lighthearted, satirical take on conspiracy culture and the unexplained — topics that often take themselves too seriously.

He resides in Canada with his wife, a plethora of cats, and a giant tank full of fish.”
