Greetings. “Do aliens use toilet paper?” In the comments section of the prior blog posting on this page, I received a question which I feel speaks volumes about some in the UFO community. The question was, and I quote, “Do aliens use toilet paper?” I asked the individual in question if that was a serious inquiry on their part, to which the response was “Absolutely!” I deleted the comments shortly thereafter. Such questions/comments/statements are part of the reason why the UFO problem is not taken seriously, even by some inside the UFO community (whatever that term really means, or if it’s even a proper description.) The UFO problem is a serious issue, and should be treated as such! There are many, many people who have witnessed something they cannot explain, something which has disturbed them greatly, something which has traumatized them emotionally, something which has left an indelible mark on their lives, and that should not be made light of. If we as a species are ever going to find any answers to the UFO problem, we have to apply ourselves in a productive and professional manner, humorous and asinine comments simply won’t get it done, in fact, such statements make the UFO field, and those in it, look foolish and weak-minded. Unfortunately, some people see the UFO problem as far less than a serious topic, and that is to the detriment of all UFO witnesses, all UFO researchers, all of us! I certainly would never make light of someone else’s feelings/emotions/experiences, that would be an immature and downright disgusting way to conduct one’s self, but some people have not bothered to read that memo, if they even bother to read. The person who asked the initial question has been banned from this blog page; this is not the platform for that sort of childish content, nor will it ever be. I won’t tolerate it. Thank you again for your kind support!
